MICROSOFT VIVA | NEW CAPABILITIES: This week at Microsoft HR Technology Conference, Microsoft had unveiled new capabilities in their employee experience platform, Microsoft Viva, including Skills in Viva, a new AI-powered skills service, and the general availability of Viva Amplify, a multi-channel workforce/employee communications hub. These new product innovations are designed to help organizations improve both employee engagement and productivity, which are critical to becoming a high-performance organization (HPO).
