under Visual Studio Subscription

You are working in an organization where your boss allocates you the visual studio enterprise license. Now, you as a developer/solution architect is very excited to explore the benefits included in the subscription. But, you caught into surprise when all your friends & colleagues were able to access the 150$ free monthly azure credits and you cannot see the offer in your subscription and you wonder why your boss or the organization doesn’t share these benefits with you… Why..?

But let me share more clarity on this, there are 2 ways to address this problem…

The background is, if you organization is Microsoft partner who have earned a competency or who have purchased the Action Pack in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, formerly known as the Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) are eligible to use Visual Studio subscriptions. These subscriptions are licensed per user, and are only valid when assigned to a specific named user who works for the Microsoft partner company. Remember Your Visual Studio subscription type determines the monthly Azure credits you receive.

After you signed up for visual studio enterprise mpn, the thing that allows you get $150 free credits on azure. you might have got an email saying it’s active but you cannot see it on your work or personal azure account. Also, It just never showed up under subscriptions.

In that case, on your subscription blade disable the following filter.

You must look for your Visual Studio Enterprise Subscription in the account where you received the email

If you still cannot see it, For assistance with Azure credits for Visual Studio Subscriptions, please directly contact Azure support.

That should help…
